England must beat Austria on Saturday (4pm kick off) and Poland next Wednesday (October 12, 7.45pm) - both matches at Old Trafford - to clinch top spot in Group Six and go straight through to next summer's finals in Germany.
If they fail to win both matches they face a two-legged play-off to qualify
