Spurs v Qarabag - top fives - players to watch

Continuing our 'top fives' pre-match feature, we take a look at five players to watch ahead of our Europa League opener against Qarabag.

Azerbaijan champions for the last two seasons, Qarabag pushed Celtic all the way in Champions League qualifying before toppling Young Boys for a place in the Europa League.

They may not be well-known players here in England, but Qarabag are a team packed full of European experience including skipper Rashad Sadygov - whose 65 European appearances would take him to the top of our all-time list - three Brazilians and a Spanish midfielder who played against us five years ago.

IBRAHIM SEHIC
Bosnian international goalkeeper, Sehic has helped Qarabag concede just one goal in six European fixtures this season. He signed for Qarabag in 2013 after previous spells with Sarajevo-based FK Zeljeznicar and Mersin of Turkey. Capped three times by Bosnia & Herzegovina.

RASHAD SADYGOV
Captain of his club and country and four-time Azerbaijan Player of the Year, Sadygov has led Qarabag to successive league titles. He has plenty of European pedigree with 65 European appearances - the most in the Qarabag squad - and is approaching 100 caps for Azerbaijan.

MICHEL
A player who has faced us before when he came off the bench for Birmingham City in a 1-1 draw at St Andrews in the Premier League in January, 2010. The midfielder was previously with Sporting Gijon and signed for Qarabag this summer.

RICHARD ALMEIDA
One of three Brazilians at the club, Almeida is Qarabag's top goalscorer with six goals this term, including goals in both legs of the play-off win against Young Boys. Signed in 2012, the midfielder has made 25 appearances for Qarabag in Europe.

REYNALDO
Brazilian striker who has an impressive 10 goals in 28 European appearances for Qarabag, including two this season and the winner against Rudar Pljevlja in the Champions League qualifier. Reynaldo spent five years at Anderlecht and scored 10 goals in 42 games on loan to Cercle Bruges in 2010-11. He hit 16 goals as Qarabag won the title last term.
