We got off to a winning start to our Group J campaign with Heung-Min Son scoring two goals in three minutes around the half-hour mark on what was a memorable home debut for him.
Qarabag had earlier taken the lead when Richard Almeida scored from the penalty spot after debutant Kieran Trippier was adjudged to have fouled Ansi Agolli in the area.
Kevin Wimmer also marked his debut from the start, while Clinton Njie made his first Spurs appearance as a second half substitute.
The scoring was wrapped up four minutes from time when Harry Kane sent Erik Lamela through to clip the ball over goalkeeper Ibrahim Sehic.
