Heurelho Gomes made a special player appearance at the latest Football Development Premier Day, held at the Spurs Lodge.
Gomes met a delighted group of boys and girls aged between 5 and 14 years-old, who had all come to the Lodge’s all-weather Dome for a very special coaching session.
The popular Brazilian goalkeeper joined Spurs elite coaches in putting the young players through their paces.
Gomes was on hand at the end of the session to present medals and trophies, and take a series of questions from his young fans in a Q and A session.
Gomes was such a big fan of the event that he even brought along his own children to take part in the coaching session!
Premier Coaching Days are based around the Tottenham Hotspur Academy syllabus and are an exciting addition to the Tottenham Hotspur Football Development programme.
Aimed at all abilities, Premier Days focus on core skills, speed, agility and quickness training, and also with practice matches and drills.
