The tantalising trio kicks-off at UEFA Cup holders Feyenoord on Sunday before the cracking home double-header against Scottish champions Celtic on August 7 and Italian giants Lazio on August 11.
The irrepressible midfielder said: "The last three games are magnificent. It is like playing in Europe.
"These will be the games that the manager will start looking at the team for the start of the season and you have to try to get into that team.
"You also have to enjoy the games, because they are beautiful games to play in, Celtic and Lazio at White Hart Lane, fantastic.
"I'm looking forward to all three. I have good memories from Feyenoord because I played there with Real Zaragoza and then Chelsea as well, I know that ground well.
"Lazio as well, I had chance to play against them in the Champions League with Chelsea so perhaps because I haven't played Celtic that is the one I'm looking forward to most."
Gus has already made his mark in pre-season with a brace at Gillingham on Saturday.
He added: "The first games are all about fitness. We're not to bothered about winning, scoring goals, but to get fit, get know the new players and to play different systems. So far, so good, I think."
Gus Poyet can't wait for our final three friendlies this summer - he describes them as 'beautiful games'.
