Gus Poyet says we are lucky to have the chance to end Arsenal's unbeaten record and restore some pride at the end of the season.
The midfielder has started the last two Premiership fixtures and hopes to rekindle some of his personal career highlights - including that last-minute equaliser back in 2001 - against the Gunners on Sunday.
"No-one has beaten them in the Premiership but this is football," said Gus at Spurs Lodge this week.
"We are lucky to have the chance to play them before the end of the season and maybe change the bad run we are having.
"We could do it in one result. That is good and everyone is looking forward to it.
"This is a special game, it's not a normal game. We know it and they know it.
"The pace of the game is very different, the attitude, the responsibility on everyone. They could win the title and it's up to us but I must say, if we don't improve, it will be difficult."
