Gus Poyet and Stephen Carr are both in the squad for the visit of Bolton to the Lane on Sunday.
Both featured in Thursday evening's game against DC United and came through two recent reserve outings.
The downside is that Ben Thatcher, Mauricio Taricco and Les Ferdinand face fitness test before they can be considered for selection on Sunday.
"There is good and bad news," reported Glenn at Spurs Lodge. "We need tests Ben Thatcher and Mauricio Taricco and, unfortunately, Les Ferdinand has got a slight back problem. He picked it up in the reserves and hasn't trained since.
"Those three are the doubts, but they are not ruled out at this moment. Taricco is still struggling with the groin injury, while Ben has a bad back which has returned from a few months back.
"The good news is that Stephen Carr and Gus Poyet rejoin the squad and we've got a much heathier look in training with Clemence, Anderton, Ledley King and Anthony Gardner all having had a week's work.
"Hopefully we can move them on to matches in the coming weeks."
