Crossing the ball on the run...
Basically, as with most things, practice makes perfect. It's a difficult skill on the run, at high pace.
All I think about is hitting an area and not aiming for a player.
When you are on the run, trying to hit a player whipping a cross in is a very difficult skill.
If you hit it in the right area your centre forward should be there. If he's not, there's not a lot more you can do. Once you've put it in that good area, in and around the six-yard box, you've done the job.
It's a dangerous area and I don't like balls coming in there as a defender.
