Pat Holland admits he faces a dilemma with his Under-18 squad.
That dilemma is does he play the best team every week or change the team around to make sure everyone plays?
Pat was speaking after the fine 3-0 win at Fulham, his side's second successive victory in the FA Premier Academy League after a poor performance at Millwall.
"The big problem I've got now is getting boys games," explained our Academy coach. "It's a big squad now, 18 players and you want to keep that continuity going of you can.
"We'll have to see what happens, if we take a policy of the best side plays every week or we change it around.
"It's something that needs to be looked at but at the same time, while they are playing well, you want to keep some sort of consistency."
Pat has been impressed with the lads' character since the defeat at Millwall.
"They've turned it around since that first half against Millwall and in fairness to them, they've showed a lot of character in terms of they've been bad in games and come back. I get the feeling they felt they let themselves down against Millwall and they've turned the corner a little."
