Spurs U19s 1-1 Crystal Palace

Boss Pat Holland admitted he was 'a little disappointed' after his Under-19s were held at home by Palace on Saturday.

Ben Bowditch gave us the lead with a superb goal after 15 minutes, arriving late to finish off a five-man move.

But the lead only lasted until just before the break and despite plenty of energy and effort, a winner didn't come.

Pat reflected: "We couldn't get into any rhythm and we were very patchy in the first half. We picked up in the second half and got into some good areas but our final pass let us down.

"In the end we could have got caught out because Palace also got into some good areas but failed to hit the target. Overall it was a little disappointing."

Spurs U19s: Jalal, Lee, McKie, Hughes (Henry, 70), Kelly, O'Donoghue, Marney, Bowditch, Sutton, Barnard, Galbraith. Unused: Burch, Vedeux, Herron.
