Scott Parker says it would be 'massive' for him to be part of an England team that qualfies for the European Championship finals.
The all-action midfielder hopes to play his part when the Three Lions line-up against Montenegro in tonight's (Friday) final qualifier for Euro 2012.
The last round of matches all-but guaranteed England top spot in Group G and therefore a place in the finals in Poland/Ukraine next summer.
England beat Bulgaria and Wales but Montenegro were beaten in Wales, leaving Fabio Capello's men six points clear and with a better goal difference of 10.
A point will do for England in Podgorica and Scott said: "It would be massive for me if we qualify.
"It's a great honour for me to represent my country and to get us to the Championships would be brilliant.
"It will be a very proud moment, as I’m sure it will be for everyone in the squad, if we qualify on Friday.
"The fact we only need a point doesn't change our approach one bit.
"Whenever we play for England we want three points. I don't think Friday's situation is any different.
"We are going there to win and to qualify for the championships."
