Scott Parker and Jermain Defoe have been named in the England squad for Euro 2012.

Roy Hodgson named both Spurs players in his 23-man squad that will travel to the tournament, being held in Poland and Ukraine, in hope of winning England's first major trophy since the 1966 World Cup.

England open their campaign against France, before facing Sweden and Ukraine in the group stage of the competition.
