The Argentine World Cup winner, a Spurs player between 1978 and 1988 and our manager for a spell in the mid-1990s, racked up 41 points in the Individual Stableford – the highest score among the large group of White Hart Lane greats taking part.
Ossie also fared well in the Team Stableford, with his quartet taking second place with 95 points – one point behind the winning team, captained by two-time FA Cup winner and 1984 UEFA Cup Final hero Graham Roberts.
Former Wales international Simon Davies (pictured below), part of our midfield between 2000 and 2005, hit the longest drive of the day on hole nine of the luxurious Watford course.
A healthy group of Spurs fans were joined by a plethora of legends for the event, including Teddy Sheringham, Gary Doherty, Alan Mullery, Andy Sinton, Clive Allen, Cliff Jones, Darren Anderton, David Howells, John Lacy, John Pratt, Glenn Hoddle, Mark Falco, Martin Chivers, Micky Hazard, Pat Jennings, Paul Miller and Phil Beal.
