Having suffered just one defeat in their last six, Rovers are two points off sixth place and should be fired up for this match.
A quick glance at their Opta statistics shows their defensive record has been more impressive than Tottenham's this season. Only relegated Sunderland and West Brom have conceded more than Spurs' 58 in the Premiership while Blackburn have let in just 43.
This resilience is largely due to the good form of Brad Friedel between the sticks. The 31-year-old was recently voted goalkeeper of the season by his fellow professionals - a worthy accolade considering his tally of 153 saves is the highest number by a Premiership shot-stopper in 2002-03.
Meanwhile, his compatriot Kasey Keller has made the second-highest number of saves with 143, although he has kept nine fewer clean sheets than Friedel during the course of the campaign.
Keller let in five at Middlesbrough last Saturday and the whole Spurs team will look to make amends to their supporters in the final game of the season. They have not scored in their previous two home matches, but skipper Teddy Sheringham will aim to rectify this in his last match for the club.
The former Manchester United forward has netted 12 Premiership goals for Spurs this term, a couple more than he managed in the previous campaign, but the club have decided with an "eye on the future" not to extend his contract.
