Mark Cooper admitted he was impressed by our performance after we toppled his Posh side 4-0 in the FA Cup on Saturday.
He was quick to praise the contribution of his goalkeeper Joe Lewis after the England Under-21 international produced a string of fine saves in the first half of the third round tie at the Lane.
Niko Kranjcar finally broke the deadlock in the 35th minute after we'd also struck the woodwork twice.
He was there again for 2-0 in the second half before goals from Jermain Defoe and Robbie Keane's late penalty wrapped it up against the Championship side.
Cooper said: "The goalkeeper kept us in it in the first half. He didn't deserve to concede four goals with his performance.
"We thought Harry might rest a few but it wasn't to be. It was a fantastic performance from them. I was really impressed. They are a really good team.
"Harry Redknapp probably wants to keep the continuity going and rightly so and they were too good for us today.
"I said to the players 'you are playing against some of the best in Europe today go and enjoy it, test yourselves.' I can't fault the effort from the players. We just didn't defend. The goals were too soft."
