Fans flocked to White Hart Lane for our open training session on Bank Holiday Monday.

The lower tier of the Paxton Road stand was packed as supporters enjoyed a close-up view of the players, Harry Redknapp and his coaching team at work.

First team coach Clive Allen wore a microphone and was able to keep the fans informed about the finer points of the session.

Both first team and development squad players were involved, including the likes of Andros Townsend, Jon Obika, Harry Kane, Nathan Byrne and Tom Carroll, all currently out on loan in the Championship/League One, but allowed to return to train with us.

The players were split into two with the lads who started at Chelsea on Saturday evening going through a slightly lighter session.

It all started with warm-ups with and without the ball and stretching.

All the players then joined in with a possession game before splitting again, with the non-Chelsea starters going through a shooting routine before finishing with a match, initially three-touch, played across the width of the pitch.

At the end of the session, Harry answered a selection of questions from younger fans via the Jumbotrons.

Assistant boss Kevin Bond said: "The lads always enjoy these training days at White Hart Lane.

"It's a lovely environment for them to come and work in and it's great to get on the pitch here as well, the playing surface is fantastic.

"It's a chance especially for the younger fans to come in and see what the lads do in training, so it's good for everyone - and a lovely day as well!"
