Shelley has recently come on board at the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation as part of the Department of Work and Pensions 'Future Jobs Fund' programme in partnership with Croydon College and Job Centre Plus.
She had previously been unemployed for 6 months and had been claiming jobseekers allowance before the opportunity to work for the Foundation arose and changed her life dramatically.
"The opportunity to work for the Foundation means a lot to me because I have always been into health and fitness, and working here has given me the chance to coach and work with young people, which is my dream job,"
