We would like to remind One Hotspur Platinum, Gold and Silver Season Ticket Holders that the Paxton Road Ticket Office is open until 7pm on a number of evenings over the next fortnight for supporters wishing to collect their Season Stadium Access Cards for the coming season.
The standard Ticket Office opening hours are Monday-Friday, 9.30am-5pm.
In addition, the Paxton Road Ticket Office will open until 7pm on the following dates:
Tuesday, 3 August
Wednesday, 4 August
Thursday, 5 August
Tuesday, 10 August
Wednesday, 11 August
Thursday, 12 August
Season Ticket Holders are requested to bring identification with them (for example, last season's Season Ticket book, passport, driving licence) in order for the new season Stadium Access Card to be handed over.
Likewise, anyone wishing to collect on behalf of other supporters will need to have last year's Season Ticket book for each supporter in order for the appropriate cards to be given over.
We will not be able to provide the Stadium Access Cards to anyone who is not in possession of the appropriate identification for each Season Ticket Holder.
Supporters are advised that the Ticket Office is likely to be busiest between the hours of midday and 2pm, so please allow extra time if you wish to collect during these hours.
Anyone who has selected to have their Season Ticket posted to them via Royal Mail Special Delivery is advised that this despatch process is now well underway.
All Silver Season Ticket Holders' cards have been sent out first, with Platinum and Gold cards following. The despatch process is expected to be complete by Friday of this week.
One Hotspur Bronze and Lilywhite Members are advised that membership packs (including Members Stadium Access Cards) have started to go out, with all those members that renewed/joined prior to due to be in receipt of their packs by Wednesday, August 11.
Members are reminded that for the 2010/11 season, One Hotspur Members will access White Hart Lane using their Membership Stadium Access Card for matches they have purchased tickets for. Once you successfully complete a booking either online, over the telephone or in person, the data for your purchase will be automatically loaded on to your card.
Simply present your card at the turnstile and the turnstile operator will scan the barcode and allow you to enter the stadium.
Full details on how the process works can be found by clicking here...
All Members that purchase a ticket will be emailed in advance of each match to confirm the seat details, and you can also check your exact seat details by logging on to your personal ticketing account here and visiting the 'My Account' section of the site and clicking on 'Booking History'.
