One Hotspur Membership Card - UPDATE

Further to the issues experienced at the start of the season with Stadium Access Cards for One Hotspur Bronze and Lilywhite Members, we can confirm that all replacement cards have now been sent to all Members who joined by 16 September. These cards will be delivered to the registered address this week.

Any Member who has purchased a ticket for this Sunday’s match against Hull City and is not in possession of their new Stadium Access Card by Thursday 24 October should contact the Ticket Office by email (ticketoffice@tottenhamhotspur.com) or phone (0844 844 0102 - Option 2) no later than 5.00pm on Friday afternoon to arrange a replacement match ticket to be collected from Paxton Road on Sunday.

Please note if the Access Card arrives after a replacement ticket has been arranged the paper ticket will still need to be collected to gain you access to the stadium this weekend. This is because the card will be de-activated as soon as a replacement ticket is requested.

Any Members who joined after 16 September will be sent their new Stadium Access Cards in due course. In the meantime, match tickets will be sent to you until your card arrives with you.
