TWO SESSIONS again on Wednesday and another tough running circuit in the morning.
The lads repeated Tuesday morning's injury prevention stretching and 'movement activation' exercises before tackling the circuit, officially and wonderfully-named 'progressive demand aerobic endurance' by Sam Erith, our Head of Sports Science, Fitness and Conditioning.
Xtra will be relying on Sam and the fitness coaching team to fill us in on exactly what the players are up to in pre-season - there's a pint (of isotonic sports drink, of course) in it for you, Sam!
It was ball work in the afternoon and a longer session than Tuesday as the lads went through a couple of technical exercises before an extended spell of keeping possession.
