Richard took a silver medal alongside partner David Florence in a thrilling C2 canoe slalom final at nearby Lee Valley.
Up last in the final, Richard and David had a time of 106.41 from fellow Britons Tim Ballie and Etienne Stottto aim at and finished on 106.77, just outside goal as Team GB claimed a one-two.
Having won goal in Beijing in 2008, Andrew had to settle for silver this time alongside partner Iain Percy in sailing's Star class at Weymouth.
Meanwhile, Chloe and Helen were part of the women's hockey team that picked itself up after losing out on a place in the Gold/Silver final to beat New Zealand 3-0 in the Bronze medal match in the Olympic Park.
"It's not really sunk in yet," admitted Chloe. "We were delighted to come away with something to show for our hard work, delighted to win a medal."
Helen added: "The Olympics was absolutely unbelievable. I get goosepbumps just thinking about it now. I'd love to do it all over again.
"We so much wanted to go for the gold medal and we were guitted to miss out. There was no doubt we would be up for the bronze medal game and at no point did I think we were ever going to lose that match."
