In his role as Ireland's assistant boss, Chris will prepare the side - likely to include fellow Spurs Robbie Keane, Stephen Carr and Gary Doherty - for the friendly at Lansdowne Road on February 18.
The game was confirmed earlier in the week and Chris beamed: "It's a fantastic friendly and testament to Irish football that Brazil are happy to come to Dublin.
"From a coaching point of view, my association with Ireland allows me to work in a different domain both with international players and preparing to play international teams.
"To prepare for a game against Brazil, the best team in the world - it doesn't get better than that."
Brazil won the World Cup in 2002 with the re-emergence of Ronaldo. He is expected to play in a full-strength Brazil side that will also include the likes of Roberto Carlos, Ronaldhino, Rivaldo and Cafu.
