Noe Pamarot is back in full training following his recovery from a cruciate knee ligament injury sustained at Birmingham in early April.

Comebacks from cruciate surgery normally take a minimum of six months and the French full-back is delighted he has been able to manage the optimum return time.

It has been a long time and I have just done my first full session - so I am happy now!" he said after training on Thursday.

I think it is the worst injury. There is nothing you can really do and you are just on the side of things

Being away from your teammates and on your own. It is a hard time.

"I would have done anything to come back so quickly so I am pleased. It has been difficult, I was in France early on doing my rehab and I didn't really know what was happening with the team. I came back and the medical staff were really good with me and we worked together.

"I hope to be back at the end of October or early November and play in the reserves before then."
