The Yugoslav international insists it was a game we did not deserve to lose, but says the team must now turn their attention firmly towards Sunday's match against Chelsea at the Lane.
On a personal level, Goran admits he takes no satisfaction from defeats - no matter how unlucky the team might be.
"No, I am very disappointed, especially with the result," pondered Goran at Spurs Lodge. "It was not a game in which Liverpool played so well, it was a game where we had some chances - maybe better chances than them.
"It was a game we didn't deserve to lose, but did with a penalty. We were down, everybody was, but Premiership games come so fast you need to recover very quickly to be good.
"Especially as we have Chelsea at home and then two away games against Arsenal and Sunderland.
"We have to learn from these mistakes. Like at Manchester United when we lost 1-0, it was not a special performance but one from which we should have got a point - like on Saturday.
"A little disappointed, I have to say, but we don't have time to be sorry for anything."
