That heartbreaking loss came back in February but the boss stated: "That is history, it's gone.
"We are going there to get three points for the club, for us to maintain our position, that's first and foremost."
Glenn was more concerned with bringing back a point or three from Ewood Park to maintain our healthy Premiership position - as we start to become more healthy off the park.
He explained: "We had a good performance in the week after letting ourselves down and we've got to get back to putting points on the board before the international break.
"If we can stay in the position we are now, or even improve on it, that will be important because after the break the likes of Steffen Freund, Steve Carr, Gus Poyet, maybe Ledley King, Anthony Gardner could be ready to perform so that will strengthen the squad."
Glenn Hoddle insists that revenge hasn't even come into the equation as we prepare to face Blackburn Rovers for the first time since our Worthington Cup Final defeat.
