Dean Richards refused to tempt fate when it was put to him that there is a good chance of putting a run together in the next four games.
Following Carling Cup victory over Coventry City and four Premiership points out of six registered from games against Manchester City and Everton the team now take a break while the Euro 2004 qualification battle reaches a conclusion on the international front.
Then comes a trip to Leicester City, a home game with Middlesbrough, West Ham in the Carling Cup and Bolton at the Lane.
All games that the team, on current form, are well capable of winning and Dean knows that on paper they will be expected to succeed in.
"On paper yes," said a cautious Dean. "At this level there are no easy games, but there is a chance to build on this result. I felt that last week, if we could get a result at Man City we could get on a little run.
"I understand what you are saying, but it is always tough."
