Although the Baggies sit second from bottom in the Premiership following their promotion to the top flight last season, Glenn points out that no team has inflicted a particularly heavy defeat on Gary Megson's side on their own patch.
"It's not going to be easy," he said. "No team has gone there and found that - Everton found it very difficult, they won 2-1 but it could have gone either way.
"It will not be an easy game, that is for sure. They are a passionate crowd up there and we've got to make sure we put on a real solid head and perform better that we did against Man City."
At the Lane in December, West Brom adopted an attacking mentality and really went for the jugular before falling to a 3-1 defeat and won many plaudits on the day.
"We dug in then and we need to dig in in this game from the start. They surprised us in that game - Gary said it was the first game where they threw a little bit of caution to the wind and just attacked.
"They caught us on the hop a little bit, but we managed to win that game. That was a long time ago and now we must roll our sleeves up and enjoy the challenge of trying to win a difficult game."
