The young midfielder was plunged in at the deep end on the Premiership's opening day at St Andrews.
He responded in fine fashion and didn't seemed fazed at all by the occasion, grasping his chance with both hands - he's made 21 of 24 appearances since.
The only thing missing on the day was reward for our performance as we lost 1-0 to a controversial penalty decision.
"It was a big occasion for me because you have to take that chance but I took it in my stride and tried to stay relaxed about it," recalled Rohan.
"I can remember the game pretty well. We played well and were unlucky to lose to a strange penalty given against us. We didn't deserve to lose that day and that's the only thing that ruined it for me.
"Birmingham are a hard-working, honest team but they have some quality footballers. They have different components all over the park.
"It will be a difficult game and they will be confident after beating Blackburn in the FA Cup. We'll go into this game confident and looking to get ourselves up the table."
