Luka Modric predicts Niko Kranjcar will settle straight into life at Spurs.
The Croatian international joined compatriots Luka and Vedran Corluka at the Lane when he completed his switch from Portsmouth on Tuesday.
Niko, 25, is now in his fourth season in the Premier League having joined Portsmouth in August, 2006 and Luka feels that familiarity with the English game is a huge benefit on his arrival at the Lane.
"Niko knows everything about English football and he won't need long to settle, especially with myself and Charlie already here and of course he knows Jermain and Crouchy from Portsmouth," said Luka, who has started on the road to recovery from a fractured right fibula. "He speaks perfect English as well.
"He's a great player and a great person. I'm glad because it means I will play with him and Charlie in the same team. He's a fantastic player and he will help us.
"He's strong on the ball, has great vision and is a great passer of the ball. He's a dangerous player."
