Julian Knowles, son of our legendary defender Cyril, is a guest of Martin Peters for the Premiership encounter against Leicester City.
It is now almost 11 years since Cyril's untimely passing away and incredibly 25 years since he played the last of over 500 competitive games for us.
Fellow Lane legend Martin, now a director at Spurs, explained: "It will give the chance for Cyril's son to meet a lot of the old boys his father used to play with.
"Julian will meet the likes of Martin Chivers, Pat Jennings, John Pratt, Ralph Coates, Cliff Jones and Phil Beal.
"Cyril was a great guy, a character who was fun to be with and it would always be a laugh when he was around.
"He was great player as well who should perhaps played a few more times for England."
Cyril, immortalised by the phrase 'Nice One Cyril', joined us in 1964 and went on to win the FA Cup, the League Cup twice and the UEFA Cup in the great sides of 1967 and the early 1970s. He eventually retired in 1976 after a persistent knee problem.
After stints in charge of Darlington, Torquay and Hartlepool he tragically died from a serious brain illness in 1991.
Martin recalled: "He was a very good what you would call old fashioned full-back but also played like a modern wing-back with a great left peg and knocked in numerous crosses for the likes of myself, Chivers and Gilzean to get on the end of.
"But he was a great defender as well and put his foot in when he had to.
"He was also a great person to have around the club, involved in everything, a joker and personality but as I said, a great player as well. He was a sad loss to us all and I hope Julian enjoys his day here."
