The club will be proudly supporting our Armed Forces at the weekend – read more about what’s happening in our 100-page programme.

Elsewhere in another jam-packed edition of our matchday publication, popular midfielder Sandro is the subject of our main interview.

The Brazilian powerhouse talks to us about his love for the Spurs faithful, and how he sees his role in our side.

“I love the Spurs supporters, they are so passionate and I want to do well for them,” he says.

“My job is to help the defenders, to break up the play in front of them and try to stop the attacks getting through if possible.

“But everyone works so hard for the team, it starts with our forwards who defend from the front and then comes back all the way to the goalkeeper.”

Read the full interview in Sunday’s programme.

We’ve also got the thoughts of Head Coach Andre Villas-Boas, along with an in-depth look at Newcastle United’s squad and tactical approach ahead of our meeting with the Magpies.

All your favourite regular features are present as well – goalkeeper Brad Friedel previews next summer’s World Cup in Brazil, John Fennelly looks back on the stories he was covering in our programme in the 1983-84 season in our ’30 Years Ago Today’ section, and we profile another historic football ground in our Back Pass feature.

We also recap this week’s Development Squad fixture against Colchester United and take a look through our photo archives to dust off some of the forgotten images from years gone by.

There’s also our regular Shirt Swop feature, where we take a look at some of the players who have represented both Spurs and Newcastle down the years.

All this and much more is available in our 100-page matchday programme – available for just £3.50 at various points around the stadium on Sunday, as well as at the Spurs Megastore.
