Kidd is one of the NBA's all-time greats and approaching 20 years at the top of the game.
He started his career at Dallas Mavericks in 1994 and enjoyed spells with Phoenix Suns (1996-2001), New Jersey Nets (2001-2008) before returning to Dallas in 2008 and winning his first NBA championship in 2011.
An incredible 10-time NBA All-Star and two-time Olympic champion with the USA (2000, 2008), Kidd joined the Knicks in July, 2012.
Houston played for the Pistons between 1993-1996 before joining the Knicks in 1996. He went on to play for nine seasons before a knee injury forced him to retire. Twice an NBA All-Star, he won Olympic gold with the US in 2000. He's now the Knicks' Assistant General Manager.
The pair enjoyed a tour of the Training Centre - prompting Kidd to say 'it makes me want to be a soccer player' - before watching the squad continue preparations for Sunday's huge match against Manchester United.
