The Belgian international has been sidelined for seven weeks after damaging his ankle against Liverpool.
In that time, we’ve stretched our unbeaten run to 14 in the Premier League and qualified for the knockout stage of the Europa League with a game in hand.
“It’s great to be back out on the training pitch because when you have been out, you are never really happy,” said Nacer. “We’ve been playing very well and I’m working hard to get back into the team.
“It’s never good to be out for seven weeks but I’m happy to be back and hopefully I’ll get some minutes.”

Nacer played in the away game back in October when Erik Lamela’s goal was cancelled out by Stephan El Shaarawy’s late equaliser.
“We controlled the away game but we didn’t get the second goal and they then scored in the last 10 minutes,” he reflected. “That was frustrating for us. We want to win this home game.
“Monaco are a good team and I’m sure they will want to qualify as well, so they will come here to win. But we’re at home and we always want to win, so I expect a good game.
“For us, it’s important to get the three points for the confidence as well. Our mentality will be to win the game and it’s important for the weekend as well. We want to continue our momentum.”
