Our American number one is just two games away from the feat this season having played in all 41 first team games last time around.
In fact, Kasey has now played in 91 consecutive games having started the last seven in 2001-02.
His coach Hans said: "It's a fantastic achievement and Kasey is one of those goalkeepers as well who doesn't miss many training sessions.
"If you look at the last two seasons and said he'd missed a handful, that's probably too many.
"He's very consistent and you have to say we've been very lucky. We have one senior goalkeeper at the club and two younger goalkeepers, so we have done very well.
"We've been able to rely on him and I've been pleased with him throughout the season. Obviously he's made a couple of mistakes, every goalkeeper does, but overall it's very pleasing and he's been very good for the club."
Kasey used time off last summer to undergo elbow surgery and his record is even more impressive considering the physical style of his game - he's never afraid to stick his head in where the boots are flying.
"He gets his knocks that's for sure, even in training," added Hans. "But he gets up and just shrugs them off.
"Mentally he's a very strong character and you can see that. He's coming up to 100 games on the trot and you can't argue with that sort of consistency."
Hans Segers has described Kasey Keller as Mr Consistent as the goalkeeper bids for a second-successive ever present season.
