Moyes the merrier

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Glenn Hoddle gives full credit to David Moyes for turning Everton's fortunes around.

The former Preston boss has made the Toffees a force again this season and the Merseysiders are in the thick of the battle for European qualification.

The signings of Richard Wright, Joseph Yobo and Li Tie alongside the striking partnership of Kevin Campbell and Tomasz Radzinski and, of course, the raw talent of Wayne Rooney, have all contributed to Everton's progress.

It's a stark contrast to recent seasons when the Goodison Park outfit have constantly struggled against the threat of relegation.

"David's had a great start to the season," said Glenn. "Credit to him, he's done a great job to turn it around there very quickly.

"Everton have a very good mixture of experience and youth to work with and that's a nice balance in his squad.

"They've been on a good run. Obviously last week would have been a blow but they've put in some very solid performances and they are well organised. It will be a tough one."
