Simon Davies says it's not been all about training and playing in our tour of South Africa.
Our Welsh star insists bonding has also been high on the agenda between eight training sessions, two games, a visit to a township and various media and PR commitments in the squad's seven-day tour.
He said: "It's has very much been about training and hard work but we've also been together all week, eating three times a day, training twice a day and getting games under our belts.
"We've had all that time time together and as the manager said, it's all about knitting things together for the new season.
"Like most of the players, it's my first experience of South Africa and I've thoroughly enjoyed it.
"Everyone has made us feel really welcome and I'm sure if we get the chance we'd come back again.
