As well as his first full interview, we now have footage of Jermain Defoe training with the lads at the Lane and highlights of his press conference - all on Spurs TV Online.

In his first, exclusive full interview the popular striker admits it was his love for our supporters, with who he has always been a firm favourite, that was the ultimate factor in his decision to move back to The Lane from Portsmouth.

He also admits that the chance to work under Harry Redknapp - his manager at West Ham and Portsmouth - for the third time in his career was something he could not resist.

"The fans are probably the main factor for my return, to be honest," he said. "When you get so many fans who appreciate what you do - I find it hard to find the right words to describe how I feel. It's unbelievable.

"Another big factor is, of course, Harry. I was with him when I was 15 at West Ham and he's one of the main reasons I went to Portsmouth.

"That is part of the reason I came back here, definitely. He's a fantastic manager and a fantastic man.

"I'm just looking forward to putting the shirt on and scoring plenty of goals."

Many fans were disappointed to see Jermain, who at the time had fallen down the pecking order in terms of our striking options, leave the Lane last January.

But the 26-year-old takes this opportunity to explain the reasons behind his move to Fratton Park, adding: "As a professional sometimes it comes to a time in your career when you have to evaluate your situation.

"At the time I wasn't playing as much as I would have liked to and it was time for me to move on.

"I felt I had to go to be happy again, play football and try to get myself back into the England frame again.

"But to be honest, I didn't really want to go because the fans have been fantastic here, I love the fans and it's a fantastic club."

However, the only place to see our full interview with Jermain is on Spurs TV Online, where we are currently offering a seven-day pass for just 99p.
