Niko Kranjcar was involved in four of our five goals. He set-up the first two for Roman Pavlyuchenko as we led 2-0 half-time but MK stormed back in the second half to level with goals from Luke Chadwick and Jabo Ibehre.

Substitute Harry Kane restored the lead, pouncing on a mistake from Gary Mackenzie with 10 minutes left before the goal of the game from Kranjcar, a 35-yard dipper that had the whole stadium on its feet for 4-2.

MK Dons continued to plug away and made it 4-3 through Ibehre again but Kane had the last word, robbing Tom Flanagan before sliding into the far corner for 5-3.

89.46: GOAL - SPURS. Kane robbed Flanagan of possession 30 yards out, raced into the box, left of centre and slid past McLoughlin into bottom corner.

81.36: GOAL - SPURS. Absolute cracker from Kranjcar, a 35-yard dipping volley that McLoughlin could only watch into the net. Different class.

80.49: SAVE - MCLOUGHLIN. Pavlyuchenko slid in Kane, left side, McLoughlin hardly been on 20 seconds but managed to block with his legs.

79.37: GOAL - SPURS. Kranjcar dummied to shoot on edge of box with right foot, lost two defenders then hit low drive with left foot, Martin good save but Mackenzie dallied on the loose ball in front of the empty net and allowed Kane to slide tackle the ball home!

65.29: CLOSE - MK DONS. Mackenzie powerful header from corner, Sam Baldock swung at it six yards out, missed the ball but seemed to put off Button who still managed to block but ball ran loose, Luongo there to hack away.

60.10: SUB - MK DONS. Ibehre for O'Shea.

57.59: Bentley drilled corner to from left to right edge of the box for Kranjcar to hit first-time volley, would have been wonder goal but strike ended up in Row Z.

55.29: SAVE - MARTIN. Townsend cut in from left, across 18-yard-line, reached 'D' and hit low shot with his right foot back to opposite corner, Martin down well to tip around the post to his right.

54.44: Patient build-up, Townsend inside to Kranjcar, wide to Bentley, low cross to near post had Defoe battling with two defenders, wouldn't fall for him.

52.30: Chadwick tried his luck again from 20 yards, ball dipped in front of Button who gathered cleanly.

47.13: GOAL - MK DONS. MK won possession 30 yards from goal, Chadwick picked up loose ball, central and picked his spot with fine curler from 25 yards into top-right corner.

42.45: Bentley cut inside and played wide left to Townsend, square to Defoe, decent hit from 20 yards straight at Martin.

39.42: SAVE - BUTTON. Powell into Chadwick, right side of box, tight angle, Button out well to close down the angle and block effort.

35.30: GOAL - SPURS. Kranjcar inch-perfect pass into Pavlyuchenko, edge of box, right of centre, took the ball on a few yards before lashing into top corner from acute angle. Great strike.

34.39: Bentley into Kranjcar and onto Defoe, left of centre, shot from 18 yards deflected wide. Byrne then fired wide from 25 yards from corner.

32.14: Townsend quick feet down the left, fizzed great cross across the six-yard line but Defoe held his run back and ball ran out for throw.

29.31: CHANCE - SPURS. Another pass out of the top-drawer from Kranjcar to send Rose away down the left, got to the byline and cut back for Defoe, 16 yards out, shot half-blocked by Mackenzie and easy for Martin down to his left.

26.51: CLOSE - SPURS. Open game at the moment! Townsend looked boxed in on the left touchline but managed to work enough room to deliver fantastic low cross, Pavlyuchenko sliding in at far post inches away from tap-in.

26.10: MK break, Chadwick took over on halfway, ran at Corluka, shifted onto his left foot and drilled low shot, easy enough for Button.

23.28: WOODWORK - MK DONS. Quick free-kick into O'Shea, slid left to Baldock who fired low to the near post, ball cannoned off the inside of the post to safety.

20.28: SAVE - MARTIN. Pavlychenko won possession right side, powered into box, angle against him so smashed it as hard as he could to near post, Martin stood up well to tip around post.

18.02: CHANCE - SPURS. Livermore to Pavlychenko, who had dropped off the front area into space, central, fed pass through to Defoe who shot first-time from about 16 yards, not enough power to trouble Martin, who saved down to his left.

16.15: CHANCE - MK DONS. Chadwick cross from right found O'Shea in space, central, 12 yards out, looped header over crossbar.

14.34: Another pass from deep opened up MK, this time Townsend into Pavlyuchenko, right side of box, stepped inside Mackenzie but Lewington back just in time to nick ball off his toe.

12.35: Fantastic pass from Kranjcar again from central area, curled around centre-half for Defoe to run onto, Mackenzie did superbly to get back, slide in and win ball.

12.05: CHANCE - MK DONS. Lost possession again in dangerous area, Gleeson laid in O'Shea, through on goal, left of centre, side-foot effort straight at Button. Should have done better.

8.12: GOAL - SPURS. Kranjcar inch-perfect pass from deep released Pavlyuchenko, beat offside trap, steadied himself and planted into top corner from 14 yards.

6.44: Bentley free-kick, central, 22 yards out, driven low straight into defensive wall.

4.55: Bentley ambitious 35-yarder with his left foot sailed over.

3.16: SAVE - BUTTON. Veljkovic crowded out in possession 30 yards out, Baldock let fly from 25 yards, Button good save to tip away diving to his right.

1.01: Martin out sharply to save at feet of Defoe, left corner of the box, as the striker tried to get onto Pavlyuchenko's pass.
