A minute-by-minute guide to the action from Thursday's draw against Real Sociedad in the Peace Cup - the point enough to qualify for Sunday's final against Lyon via goals scored.

6mins: First effort, Davenport twisted in air to glance a header from Carrick's floated free-kick, ball skipped a yard wide.

9mins: Show of Routledge's pace, gave Brechet a couple of yards start to reach Defoe's pass but still outpaced him to win corner.

20mins: CHANCE. Delighful chip from Tainio released Mido on goal, good chest control, knocked ball around keeper Riesgo but that narrowed angle and shot into side-netting.

21mins: Good cross from Routledge aiming for Gardner at far post but Alonso did just enough to distract effort.

34mins: Danger as Kovacevic flicked on Lee's corner but Kelly there to clear.

41mins: GOAL. Tainio turned away from Arunburu before slipping pass to Defoe, upended by Riesgo but ball fell to supporting Mido who planted in empty net.

43mins: OFF. Kovacevic showed second yellow card for dive in box.

Half-time: SUBS. Larrea, Da Silva and Cifuentes on for Brechet, Arunburu and Labaka.

46mins: GOAL. Alonso latched onto pass and through on Fulop, Edman back in to make fine tackle but then hooked ball up in the air and De Paula slotted into empty net.

47mins: SAVE. Prieto lovely chip from 20 yards but Fulop up to the task with full-length tip over.

49mins: Fulop darted out to gather at feet of De Paula.

50mins: OFF LINE. Da Silva flying in to meet Prieto's corner but Mendes there to clear off the line.

55mins: CHANCE. Mido onto long clearance intended for Defoe, took ball around Riesgo but crowded out.

56mins: SUB. Reid for Mendes.

59mins: CHANCE. Defoe onto delightful chipped pass from Carrick, into box but Lopez in close attendance and defender made fine block.

61mins: Lee lashed over from 25 yards.

61mins: Barkero for Garrido.

63mins: Mido decent strike a yard wide from edge of box.

64mins: De Paula flicked header just wide.

65mins: CHANCE. Decent move Mido to Reid who picked out Defoe run across defender, Defoe took shot first time but didn't quite get the power.

67mins: SUB. Keane for Mido.

75mins: Lennon for Routledge; Uranga for Prieto.

76mins: Defoe pass into supporting Tainio, Da Silva across to block.

78mins: CHANCE. Reid chipped to far post for Defoe, eight yards out, volleyed into ground but straight at Riesgo.

80mins: CHANCE. Defoe found Keane, under pressure from Da Silva, first touch took him wide and shot wide as Riesgo narrowed angle.

81mins: SUB. El Hamdaoui for Defoe.

85mins: CHANCE. Carrick picked out Keane, tricky ball to take, attempted to prod past Riesgo but not enough on it.

87mins: SUB. Marney for Tainio.

89mins: SAVE. Marney cut in from left, low drive heading for corner before fine tip around by Riesgo.

89mins: From corner, El Hamdaoui volley at far post hit Davenport.
