Goran Bunjevcevic says all thoughts of September's reverse at Loftus Road must be put to one side and all minds must be focused on the points against Fulham tonight.
The versatile defender was a member of the team that suffered the unlikely defeat, but insists that points now could lead to the prize of European football that all at the club covet.
"It was a long time ago and it was incredible," pondered Goran. "We had a very good start and everything changed. I hope everyone thinks only about the points on Monday - that is the most important thing.
"With the schedule we have in front of us, if we get three points from this, I think we can do a good job.
"Everything is there for the taking. If we win this and then win three in a row we could do better than expected. You never know in this Premiership, because now there is a gap between teams that are fighting for survival and those that are fighting for something. There are some places we can go and win points.
"If you work hard and play well you can think about winning the points."
Goran admits that it still takes him by surprise how the gravity and importance of each game increases as the season progresses - no matter who the opponents are.
"It looks like every game coming up is very, very important - it is incredible here. I was first thinking that Chelsea was important, then Sunderland - this is now a massive game.
"We have played very well in the last couple of games and, when we perform well, I am not afraid about the result."
