Nabil has been out since August with an ankle injury while Nacer has spent seven weeks on the sidelines after damaging his ankle against Liverpool.
Mauricio now has serious competition for places in midfield with the emergence of Eric Dier and Dele Alli this season, Ryan Mason, Nabil and Mousa Dembele also playing the deeper, central role on occasions.
“We’re very happy to have the talent we have with this type of player,” said Mauricio. “We have a lot of games ahead, six months more to compete, we want to achieve important things and you need all your players because you never know what will happen.
“Now, it’s up to the players.”

The fact that Nabil is just back from a lengthy lay-off and Ryan is out underlines Mauricio’s point. “You need all your players, always, the whole squad," he added.
“We have the quality to achieve but we need to keep working hard and have that motivation in every training session and every game.”
