A reminder to fans that Haringey Council introduces new matchday parking regulations around White Hart Lane in January. The Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) will come into effect on January 19, 2008 (our home match with Sunderland) will affect around 100 streets near the stadium.

If matchdays are on Monday to Friday, the CPZ will operate from 5pm to 8.30pm.

For Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays, it will be in place from noon to 4.30pm.

The council has introduced the scheme following a lengthy consultation and a ruling by the Mayor of London. The aim of the scheme is to ensure that all residents, at all times, can find parking spaces close to their own homes. Congestion and parking issues have been building for some years around the stadium, causing problems not only for local residents, but also for buses and emergency vehicles.

The Club will continue to work closely with local surface transport providers and with Transport for London to ensure they understand the needs of fans travelling to and from the Lane and continue to post relevant match-day travel information on our website.

Anyone wanting further information on the scheme can email streetscene@haringey.gov.uk or write to:
