SATURDAY'S game against Fulham was very similar to the FA Cup tie against Forest last week - we had lots of possession but couldn't create a lot and score the goals to show for it.
They had Diop as a holding player in front of his back four and he gave us a bit of a problem. You have to make a decision. Perhaps you have to bring a striker off and put another midfielder on but I didn't want to do that because we have four terrific strikers and you hope you will eventually punish them.
It was a bit of a shame because Defoe and Mido didn't get too many crosses but then again, we had two great strikers on the bench and I told Kanoute before he went on 'you have to make the difference' and he did.
Normally he doesn't take free-kicks and we might get upset when other players take free-kicks, but I was happy with it. He took a gamble and I like that, it shows mental strength.
Having four strikers paid off and it's like a dream to have two strikers come off the bench and both score.
