I THINK we were a little nervous on Sunday. We could have scored in the first 15 minutes and that would have made things easier. If we'd have scored an early goal maybe Blackburn would have come at us and then possibly we would have scored more goals.
After not scoring in the first 15 minutes I knew it would be difficult because we have a problem with defensive teams and therefore we had a problem against Blackburn.
We have to work on that next season and try to be more creative over the flanks.
It was evidence again that if you play three strikers up front you have to hit the main man, Kanoute, and then try to support him. We didn't do that, tried to over play and made it difficult for ourselves.
Overall I was disappointed but I'm proud of my team because we have 52 points and if someone had said that six months ago I wouldn't have believed them because we had problems at that time.
We've had good spells, our home form is good and we've only lost to Chelsea since November. We had some disappointing draws against West Brom for example but if you look at home record and our away record in terms of conceding goals, we have a lot to be satisfied about.
The fans were fantastic and it gives me a good feeling that they know what we are about. We have a philosophy and we want to make them happy, that is the main thing. It's such a great club and I have a good feeling working for the club. Frank Arnesen is the same. This is the place we want to be.
