The young attacking midfielder, who made his first team debut for us against Gillingham in the EFL Cup last season, has been capped three times at Under-19 level already, scoring twice.
The Young Lions take their place in Group B at the tournament.
Their first fixture is against Bulgaria on Monday, July 3, kick-off 2.30pm, before a match against the Netherlands on Thursday, July 6, kick-off 2.30pm.
Germany will then be England's opponents on Sunday, July 9, kick-off 5pm.
The top two teams from each group will progress to the semi-final stage.
Elsewhere, Pau Lopez and Spain Under-21s are gearing up for a semi-final clash with Italy at the European Under-21 Championship in Poland on Tuesday night. Kick-off will be at 8pm.
