Our supporters have made an immediate impact on Luka Modric.
The summer capture from Dynamo Zagreb made his debut in front of a packed Carrow Road in the friendly at Norwich City and followed up with his first goal for us in front of another full house at Orient.
Now he's gearing up for his first appearance at White Hart Lane and a 36,000-plus sell out for the prestigious friendly against AS Roma on Sunday.
"The fans have been phenomenal and that's what I love to see - a full stadium," he added. "When you walk out and see that, you can really get into your football and that's what I want to do now. I can't wait to get started."
Luka, 22, was clearly delighted to open his account, albeit in what turned out to be a comfortably friendly win at Brisbane Road - the smile on his face afterwards said it all.
"It was my first goal for Tottenham and it meant a lot to me," he said. "I know it wasn't against a high-level of opponent but to get a goal at that stage was great for my confidence."
