Young attacker Nathan stepped off the bench for Rangers just after the hour mark in their Scottish Championship trip to Alloa Athletic, his side registering a comprehensive 5-1 win.
Nathan’s run to the byline led to Kenny Miller completing the scoring five minutes from time, while defender Dominic Ball remained an unused substitute for Mark Warburton’s side.
Striker Shaq, meanwhile, was introduced on 54 minutes for Wigan Athletic as they hosted Doncaster Rovers in League One. The points were shared, though, as neither side was able to break the deadlock.
On Saturday, left-back Connor Ogilvie was on the bench for Stevenage as they drew 2-2 at Newport County in League Two, while midfielder Grant Ward was an unused substitute for Rotherham United in their 2-1 defeat at Nottingham Forest in the Championship.
