The striker played 60 minutes of a behind-closded-doors friendly against West Ham at Spurs Lodge on Tuesday.
Les has been missing since fracturing his wrist in a freak accident in March. The last pin came out last week and the injury appeared to cause him few problems against the Hammers.
So much is he desperate to play, he has even suggested he might be ready for a cameo role at Everton on Saturday.
Les said: "It was my first game in five months and nice to get it under my belt.
"The wrist is fine. I've had the last pin out and it's a case of cracking on now. I had one pin left and I felt I could play but was told I couldn't but it's full steam ahead now.
"I've kicking my heels in training but as everyone knows you can train all you like but you only get fitness in ganes,
"It's frustrating, especially when you are doing all the training. You sweat bucket loads and a game is the actually final touch at the end of the week but I've not been able to compete.
"The manager might feel I can come on for 10, 15 minutes at Everton, I don't know, we'll wait and see, but I'm raring to go."
Les Ferdinand is itching to get back into action after his first game in five months.
