LEE'S DREAM OVER

Lee Young-Pyo's prediction came true - and South Korean bowed out of the World Cup on Friday night.

Lee Young-Pyo's prediction came true - and South Korean bowed out of the World Cup on Friday night.

The full-back told us before the start of the tournament that he expected Group G to go down to a showdown between his South Korean side and Switzerland.

He was right - as France finally overcame Togo to book their place in the second round, Switzerland beat South Korea 2-0 to top the group and knock Young-Pyo's team out.

Our next Spurs interest in the World Cup is England's second round tie against Ecuador on Sunday - Paul Robinson will start and could be joined by Michael Carrick with Aaron Lennon and Jermaine Jenas on the bench.
