Ledley King has been called into the England squad for Wednesday's friendly against Australia at West Ham.

The stylish defender, who won his first cap last year, joins Charlton's Paul Konchesky and Scott Parker, Southampton hotshot James Beattie, Newcastle's Jermaine Janus and, most notably, Everton's Wayne Rooney in a young squad.
